JBC principal and founder - Jayne Blake GAICD
An experienced Company Director and CEO with broad cross-functional expertise including key Executive roles in Finance, Sales, Commercial & Customer Relations. Inspirational leader with a track record of developing & executing strategy to drive rapid business development and growth.
Key strengths include the ability to build exceptional relationships at all levels, in both a small business environment and a large multi-national corporate; establishing and developing high performing teams; negotiating large-scale commercial contracts and exceptional commercial acumen.
In her corporate career, Jayne worked for Vodafone in senior international executive roles including Sales Director, CFO, GM Customer Service and GM Commercial. Bringing all of this corporate experience together, Jayne established JBC International in 2009 specialising in assisting other organisations to effectively plan for and drive sustainable business growth.
Jayne offers an exceptional range of skills and experience, further enhanced in her work with clients ranging from Woolworths and HSBC to small family businesses.
She has distilled this knowledge to create a set of simple tools and processes together with her unique no-nonsense approach. She now loves to help CEO’s, Boards and Leaders cut through the clutter to focus on the things they need to do to get their business and life back on track!
